So to start of with the five man group, I give out a little more info on our band of misfits.  In matters of any group, one of the core pillars is the Healer.  Without one, a group wouldn’t last too long out in the battlefields.  They can also become a rally point against matters of Resolve and Morale…

The first thing to get adjusted is the house rule that Divine characters an worship Ideals or Concepts instead of Gods.  For Clerics, this is reflected both in the Domains they choose and the actions they take.  Thufor was a Dwarf who loved war to the point he took it up as a belief.  Becoming a Cleric of War, he would eventually cross further into the boundaries into a Warpriest.  But with his unique background, instead of gaining Glory or Domination as an additional Domain, he would see and embrace the Insanity that war can really be.

Out of battle, the Dwarf is an able leader with well enough Diplomacy.  Though this is usually used to instigate fights between groups so his party can profit (and he gets to fight).  In battle, he will fall into the blood lust found by many.  Though in the insanity, he can still maintain control, rally and support his party (of coarse, in order to fight longer and more battles).

Things to note for this character are the House rules adapted (explained above), the Device Counterspell alternate class feature (Complete Mage) and the Spontaneous Domain Casting alternate class feature (Players Handbook II).  All which go toward making this a unique battle leader.
